Adam joined The Lynd Company in 2011 and has over 15 years of multi-family housing management experience. Adam is responsible for a portfolio of nearly 2000 units within a five state area.
Prior
to joining The Lynd Company, Adam served as The Area Director of
Property Operations for Mercy Housing Management Group, where he
oversaw the operations of Affordable Apartment Communities in
Georgia and Tennessee. During this time he has held several
positions within property management including; Acquisitions, New
Construction, Student Housing, Affordable Housing, Conventional/
Market Communities and Condo Conversion.
From 2007-2010, he served as the Co-Chairman and Manager of a Steering Committee that was charged with the oversight of a $500,000 grant dedicated to assisting low income families with home ownership.
Adam is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Georgia and Cerfied Occupancy Specialist in affordable housing. In 2007, he won the Atlanta Apartment Association "Manager of the Year Award".
